Real healing happens in the context of safety. I provide a warm, collaborative, and individualized therapeutic relationship grounded in presence, curiosity, and compassion. Together, we work at your pace to better understand your experiences, strengthen your inner clarity and self-compassion, and develop practical tools for navigating life with greater confidence and ease

For over 30 years, I have worked in community health clinics, foster care settings, special needs schools, and private practice. My approach is deeply shaped by both professional experience and my own personal therapeutic and Buddhist meditation journey.
I bring presence, perspective, and compassion into the therapeutic relationship, creating a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported. I am especially experienced in working with neurodiverse and highly sensitive individuals, as well as clients who identify as BIPOC and LGBTQ+.
Outside of my work, I enjoy traveling, meditation retreats, time with friends, and playing at the beach with my wife and our two dogs.
